Remember that thing spinning around on the front of a Cessna can do significant damage if you are not paying attention.

Interesting ones on the get-there-itis, a problem even in today's world of CRM and cross checking, we still rush when we want to make it home in time for the dinner or our TV show, just goes to show what can happen... Also interesting is the ATC instructions being taken down wrongly...
