When I looked at one of my posts today, I noticed that my avatar/info on the left looked different. What is this I thought, some kind of award? Yup, a 'member leadership award.' Well, I was amazed, I mean, why me? But when I clicked on the award I saw it read...

I'm sure there will be some people who may disagree with some of the sentiments of the award, but hey, they can go and fly... for me, I am really appreciative.
