Hallo.

 

I have problem with my new PMDG 737 NGX on my new computer. I can not install this addon. I have FSX and all of my addons install in my harddrive D, not C, beacuse disk D is so much bigger. FSX is OK on D . Can any help me??

Looks like the installer cant find your location of fsx, have you tried the brouse option when it asks you where you want the ngx to be installed, than point it where you have fsx installed

What is brouse option?

Browse option

 

Tell the installer where your fsx is,it can't find it.

The windows says: UNABLE TO LOCATE FSX.EXE. UNABLE TO INSTALL.

 

When I try install I coming not so far. The first are happens is the message : Unable to locate Fsx.exe. Unable to install. I hope you understand me.

if its unable to locate your fsx file then manually install it into the fsx file. you can do this by pressing the browse tab when going through the installer.

Whats mean?

I suggest you run that text through a translate engine and translate into a language you understand better. A few have already been very clear what you need to do. Infact the text you just pasted says the same. I think there is a language barrier.

ok. When I try install PMDG 737NGX can I not pressing any browse tab. I dont see browse tab.

Okay looks like a registy problem here have you tried using ccleaner at all. when the installer ask you where you want it installed, you have got an option let the installer find it for itself or you can do it manually as previously stated above.( in the drop down box you will see the program files in your pc find where your fsx is located and click on it)

 

Did you by any chance uninstall fsx and do a re install at all on the same pc since the reason of the registy problem is why the installer cant find fsx at all?

Download the Flight1 registry repair tool from here: http://www.flight1.com/view.asp?page=library. Run it as ADMINISTRATOR and this should correct your registry and point the NGX installer in the right place. Make sure that you also run the NGX installer as administrator.

yea good point was thinking wonder if he trying to install the 700 without installing the base package first is another thing he could clarify, since another user had a similar problem which he was trying to install the 700/600 package first
