Frequent Flying damages your brain.

Shrinks your brain.

I'm Dyslexic, what's an error to you is not to me

Seriously? I would love an explanation! Is it true?

It is linked to the effects of Jet-lag. Your brain needs time to adjust but if not it can shrink your temporal lobe. Many frequent flyers can wake up disoriented quite frequently as their rhythm is out of wack.

I used to have to open the window to see what city I was in to remember where I was, because all hotel rooms look the same and travelling is disorienting.

WOW! I never knew that at all. That's pretty interesting. Probably an incredibly weird feeling to have :P

Thanks for your explanation,

A bit like rotating shift work. I did rotating ( Day/Night) shift for years and it nearly drove me mad, literally

I can relate to that... I used to travel quite a bit with work, and on more that one occasion I have woken up in the middle of the night not knowing where I was.
