Hi everyone,

Got the ATR72 last week. Has anyone been able to start from cold and dark successfully? The engines crank, fuel introduced, but they never fire up. I am forced to load with engines running.

Also, there are no pilots in the cockpit when viewing from the outside. I could have sworn they are there from screens shots of the product. Thanks for your input, and if I missed something obvious, please forgive me. I'm used to the complex turbo props and realize this uses default XPlane systems for the most part. Thanks again.

I just got my copy last week too, very nice plane, lite systems but really nice inmersion. About staring the engines I have no problems, Batteries on, fuel on on condition levers and ctrl+1, ctrl+2 and all is fine.

Thanks guys. Maybe I need to change one of my axis settings on my throttle quadrant. I'll look into this now that I have conformation it's my setup causing it.

Also, just noticed the Binter livery has a blue instrument panel that looks nicer than the brown IMO.

 

If you copy the files: CABINA_1, CABINA_1_lit, CABINA_2, CABINA_2_lit, CABINA_3, CABINA_3_lit, CABINA_4, CABINA_4_lit, PANELES.png, PANELES_lit & PUERTAS.png from the Binter livery/objects folder to any of the liveries you want a blue cockpit for, it will use those instead of the brown.

Yep! I do too prefer the blue elegance cockpit textures. This turboprop does not have the roll tendency, very stable. I hope they release the paintkit.
