(Video) X-Plane10 Farewell to The Princess

redpiper1 Strikes again!

 

Seems he has been using this scenery a lot recently, so the "Princess" Juliana is being put away for a while after a final fond farewell.

 

We are all connected..... To each other, biologically...... To the Earth, chemically...... To the rest of the Universe atomically.

What TNCM scenery is that one? Is it converted from FSX?

Flytampa converted from FS 2004....

 

There fixed it for you. The Fsx2XP conversion tool cannot convert FSX orthos to X-Plane's overlay format, only FS 2004 orthos can be converted.

Furthermore, converted Fs9/Fsx scenery tend to have all sorts of weird issues. But it's better than nothing I suppose.

 

As for the video; the flyTampa scenery is getting long in the tooth ... it would be nice to see scenery built specifically for X-Plane 10 for a change.

 

*sorry HiFlyer this is not aimed at you, since you didn't create the video. It's just kinda frustrating to keep seeing people stick to this old MSFS scenery (and the other being Kai Tak), when you have much better and newer scenery available.

Earlier videos using this scenery had some issues, but they seem to have been sorted.
