That is my biggest fear when I have my cursor on some big Administrative power buttons, but I think Tom is the only one who could get us into really big trouble real fast that we could not get out of.

Is it time to wind down this thread since it has sort of slipped into the same old thing?

Stephen,

Do you have the ability/motivation to remove all the EULA discussions in my thread? Or move them to some other thread?

But to clarify my "disappointment" in P3D v1.4, I'm certainly going to continue supporting P3D (my purchase of the Professional, Model Converter, and Model Placer) and plan to do some of my own projects aimed at P3D since the SDK has evolved also which "might" allow me to use some other 3D modeling tools (Cinema 4D) as it continues to evolve (and I do hope it survives the LM cuts).

Even without a 64bit version in P3D V2.0 or even a mentioned of a 64bit version in the future, my enthusiasm for flight simulation software (X-Plane, MS Flight, etc.) has remained positive.

I'm disappointed that I failed in obtaining the source code for FSX so I could see exactly the challenge I would be up against moving FSX to 64bit, but who knows, maybe if I can get a "contract" license under LM, I'd gain access and attemtp the task for free, almost free?? To make it "official", I'd bill them $1 / month or they make get into legal issues ;)

Happy simming and/or real world flyer, be you a Pro, Student, or Developer.

Rob

If we removed all the EULA discussions in these threads, we wouldn't have a whole lot left.

On the other hand it is entirely unproductive and an exercise in pointless rhetorical gymnastics. In any case, this thread looks like it is beyond redemption, even though it does contain excellent posts here and there.

So here we go again. This thread is closed.

Move along folks. Don't hold up traffic. Nothing to see here... :search:
