FA Female voice

Featured Replies

Hi

Just bougt FS2Crew for PMDG J41 and Im loving it, but to me It seems kinda strange that the FA is a male, when in the real world about 90% of them are females (atleast in my country, I actually only had a couple of flights in my whole life where the FA whas male).

Are there female FA's in any other FS2Crew products and would it be possible to make "voice expansion packs" in different languages(I would pay for this and I'm sure others would too)?

Wait for the release of Emergency NGX

This will include a voice pack with a female voice

Looking at the product description for Emergency NGX, It says that the FO(First Officer) will have female voice and voice accents of other languages. But It's the FA I want to be female just as in real life(Most of the time). Have never seen any FO that are females, I know female FO's or even captains exist but It's very rare, maybe It's just me that is oldfashioned...

That's what I want, as close to real life as possible, or the perfect solution would be to have an option what gender my crew would have.(That would please the feminists seek for equality beetwen males and females)

Why is FS2Crew made this way,is it hard to get female voice actors?

well there are female FA's in FS2Crew

You need change the settings in FS2Crew to UK you will get a female FA

Kaboki is referring to the J41 version.

There are lots of male FA's in the world.

It's not unrealistic to have one.

Im not saying male FA doesnt exist but It's alot more common that the FA is female. 9 out of 10 times when i book a flight there will be a female FA and the FO and captains are male(atleast in Norway and in movies :P ).

It's not the end of the world for me not having a female FA and I'm enjoying FS2Crew very much, but I just find it abit strange that's all.

Yes I'm from Norway and have never seen a female pilot in my life only FA's allthough in he last 10 years there are some males, but 8 out of ten times they're female. Not even when flying from Oslo to Denmark or Sweden so I guess it's rare or Im just unlucky...
