January 4, 201313 yr While waiting for some addons... I thought you guys might get a little bored with FSX just flying flights over and over. So I thought I would come up with a little game for you guys. It's a "FSX scavenger hunt" 20 locations around the world with various aircraft for you to find in FSX. I am not going to tell you where the locations are, or how to get there. The first person to post a screenshot with all the aircraft that I say, at all the locations I say, will win a prize. (Not saying what it is, but it's expensive). You may post screenshots in separate posts. You may not work in teams. Lets start!!! 1. Bombardier Learjet flying over Lake Pleasant (Northeast) 2. Boeing 737 flying over Gulf Harbors South Beach 3. Any helicopter flying over the Eiffel Tower 4. Crj-700 Flying over The Great Bitter Lake 5. Crj-200 Flying over the Queen Elizabeth II Highway 6. Cessna 172 flying over Calaveras Lake 7. Any turboprop flying over Niagara Falls 8. Boeing 747 flying anywhere in Big Bend National Park 9. Airbus A320 or A321 flying over Ireland Island 10. Any single engine prop plane flying over great moose lake (Northeast) 11. Any military aircraft flying over Kailua Bay (Tropical) 12. Boeing 707, 727, or 777 flying over Xili Reservoir 13. Any aircraft built post year 2000 flying over Disney Land 14. Any Embraer aircraft flying over the city of Efringen-Kirchen 15. Any glider plane flying over Puget Sound 16. Airbus A319, A330, A340, or A380 flying over Poopo Lake 17. Any Cessna aircraft on the ground at Jackson Hole Airport at Gate A2 18. Boeing 737 anywhere over the Hudson Bay 19. Any regional jet flying over the Great Wall Station. (Pole) 20. Any World War II aircraft flying over Friday Harbor. (This one should be easy) GOOD LUCK!
January 4, 201313 yr can i get a gps radar to find these planes ?? You can do whatever the heck you want to get the planes. But, the plane must be the one I list in the screenshot. You don't 'find the planes' in FSX, you have to load up the aircraft, and then go find the location!
January 4, 201313 yr Interesting but kinda too easy, no? Edit: Ah, finally read it right, ALL 20 location pics required.
January 4, 201313 yr Google the locations, get the lat. and long., use the Map screen in FSX, plug in the values, take your screen shots!!

January 5, 201313 yr I don't even want to wonder why I'm out scavenging at 1:00am. Maybe it was watching a good old-fashion whooping in a college football game earlier? Pictures posted in two threads in the screen shot forum. One problem regarding #17. It states at Jackson Hole Airport, Gate A2. Default scenery does not have a Gate A2. It does have a Gate G2, so that's what I used. Not everyone buys all the latest releases... Now this grumpy old man is going to go crash!
