Please read the post associated with the above link. X-Plane needs your help, this WILL affect everyone using X-Plane and probably all future development of X-Plane.

Proud Supporter of AVSIM, PMDG, P3D, XP, and others in the FS Community . Flight simming since A2FS1 Flight Simulator (on an 8 bit comp) using 140k micro disks. For those of you who don't know what they are ask your parents :)

Praying PMDG brings MD-11 to P3D v4 (7 years and counting) Will be a PMDG customer for life if this happens!

I also sent Austin my contribution, long ago, when he asked for it the 1st time, and will sign any petition for his fight if I'm allowed to.

I don't think it requires you to be an American, at least I hope not. As this has far greater implications than just the US. Lawsuits like this has to stop. Companies need to learn to invent their own stuff not invent ways to steal others stuff. And what they claim is the basis of the suit, why have they not gone after governments as they use the same technology that they claim is their idea.

I was just able to register an account. You'll notice the red asterisk is not beside "Zip", it's not required. It sent me a confirmation email, was then able to sign the petition. Only 96,811 signatures to go by Feb. 15, going to need help. :huh:
