Is any developer working on SEA and PDX?

Not that anyone has heard of, otherwise i'm sure it would have been talked about if someone was doing it.

FlyTampa has a FS9 scenery, but I think the only other ones are freeware. No company to my knowledge is developing SEA or PDX.

It just seems really sad to me that no one is =/

I fully agree. I think SEA is the first airport I would request, by any developer.

At the risk of sounding cliche, I love planes.

I'm not so sure if I'd really like a SEA addon, as the region already has a severe performance problem - atleast on my computer, but from what I read here, it's not only me- which has to be fixed along with this airport (but I guess that's impossible). But I'd really love to see Seattle FlyTampa style, and it would be great if that included Boeing Field and Downtown Seattle (like Dubai), if that could achieve acceptable FPS without OOMs.

IMHO there are two other airports that would be really nice to have addons for them. The one is PDX, I totally agree with you, and the second one would be PAE, though probably the same applies here as for SEA.

Apparently Flytampa did look at upgrading Rebooting KSEA for FS9 and doing it new for FSX but the frames in that area for FSX is apparently bad in general, and it dont get much better when you add the addons available for that area.........

They couldn't keep frames down so abandon the project and has now gone with Sydney International instead......
