Is the DH2 Turbo Beaver and DH3 Turbo Otter an available aircraft on fsx? does a good one exist somewhere?

The only one I'm sure about is the Turbo Otter by PremierAIrcraftDesign, they might as well have a Turbo Beaver. The quality is ok, but if you're spoiled with PMDG's or CS's modelling, it's possible that you don't like their VC.

Aerosoft has a new Twotter in the works, but I'm pretty sure that's not a Turbo bird.

If by turbo he means turboprop then yes the twin otter is a turboprop.

I fly the DHC-2 Turbo Beaver all the time. It's from Premier Aircraft Design available with wheels, skis or 'toons. Flies great. When on water, beware that on start-up you need to chop the propeller control to feather or you'll taxi prematurely.

The existing Aerosoft DHC-6 Twin Otter is available with floats and is a twin turboprop. It's a rather good addon as it happens, the new extended version should be even better!
