It is the RTMM - Ocean Falls, BC scenery.

Based on how well cruise ships are doing in the news lately, it's probably one of Carnival's, and it's drifting to shore with a thousand people on board who haven't used a proper toilet in a week!

Ha ha. At least they have drifted to a beautiful, secluded place! (Hopefully the urge to use proper "waste management facilities" does not lead to any . . . trouble".)
