I've read through this whole thread but now I'm suffering from information overload. I've used RC extensively. What I am looking for is something that will recognize SIDs and STARs ideally with crossing altitudes. I want the FO to handle the radios. I like the idea of specific taxi instructions. I'm not really interested in doing the talking myself. I want it to recognize AI traffic but it doesn't have to control it necessarily. A good number of different voices would be nice too. Which ATC program do you think would be best for me? Thanks.

VOX wll do that, although as with real ATC you'll probably get vectored around to fit in with traffic also on approach to your destination.
