That crew would have been overloaded with a paper QRH as well. In most other instances the ECAM actions seem to help the crew and are not very different from the 777 electronic QRH. Yeah you're right, I was thinking it was all ECAM, but they had to run checklists too, and it took 2 hours to do. At least the ECAM prioritises and organises the initial responses when there are multiple warnings (they had over 50 to deal with).
