April 16, 201313 yr Hellos guys, I am looking for nice payware US airports sceneries. Can someone advice me some products fro US airports? I have almost all products from Aerosoft (Zurich, Amsterdam, Frankfurt, Paris, London and Vienna). They are more Europe based. I just saw a new provider called FSDream Team, developing more US airports, any other preferences? Thanks!! felipe turbay
April 16, 201313 yr Moderator If your looking for major hubs you can't go wrong with all the FSDreamteam airports as well as the FlyTampa stuff as well. There is also another great developer called FlightBeam that has an awesome KSFO and KPHX. There are also working on KIAD which should be out in the not to distant future. Other options include Imaginesim which I have found to be hit or miss on the quality and performance but they offer a free trial version as does FSDT and Flightbeam. If your looking for smaller g/a fields in the US then ORBX would be the way to go, the only thing is that for the US most of their airports all are in the northwest portion of the US as they haven't covered the greater part of the US yet. Between FSDT, FlightBeam, FlyTampa and Imaginesim, most of the larger US hubs are covered by them. My preference has always been toward the FSDT and Flightbeam airports as they perform a little better on my rig than the FlyTampa ones do, but not by much, only a few fps here and there. April 16, 201313 yr You might want to check out a scenery called "Utah Complete". It completely reworks the state and its airports KSLC being one of them and for a freeware scenery I was quite surprised at the quality. Just thought I would mention as you have nothing to loose, it's freeware. Regards, Rick Hobbs
April 16, 201313 yr Other good and reasonably priced developers are LatinVFR and Taxi2gate. Also with little effort you can find a considerable number of freeware airports. Many Fs2004 freeware sceneries have patches to get them to work in FSX.
April 16, 201313 yr SunSkyJet - its freeware but their KPHL is good enough to be payware. They're also working on KDTW.
