same here ..but if i hold it down then i only enable the transponder ..no TCAS  PAGE .

Found out when only higlighting  on R4  and press EXP button , i only then get the TCAS/ATC page. but i cannot move L3 TCAS to TARA it ..stays on TA only ??

The change between TA and TA/RA is automatic, it will be TA whenever you are near or on the ground (because no one wants "TRAFFIC DESCEND DESCEND" alert whilst they're holding short of the runway).

I'm not sure what you mean by TCAS page?

* You can get TCAS information displayed on the MFD map using TCAS button directly below the FMS keyboard.
* If you want the TCAS settings within the ARCDU, press the TCAS LSK then press the EXPand button.
