I want to thank PMDG

I like to price my add-ons at a per hour rate. In which case PMDG aircraft are the cheapest I have ever flown, literally pennies per hour. Compare this to some of the other turkeys I have flown - install, 1/2 hour in the air, uninstall. Very expensive indeed.

PMDG products are great, their support superb.

As I always say, PMDG is the Best !!!!!

737NGX and 777, Just WOW

My rekindled interest in FSX was rapidly dwindling but then I discover the NGX and it brought FSX to life. Without the NGX FSX would mean nothing to me! It is impossible to get board with the NGX, Impossible!

What an excellent topic! Thanks 1flighsimfanatic for starting it!

I could not agree more! My history with fsx started with Wilco Airbus vol 1 & 2, as I always preferred Airbus more than Boeing. I had problems with both vol's, which sort of degrated my interest in FSX. Then one great guy said to me, have you tried PMDG 747 or MD-11? He said be aware, those are excellent models, but difficult to master. I immediately bought the 747 and it was a love in first sight. What a marvelous model from PMDG! few weeks later, the MD-11 was in my hangar. That's about 3 years ago, and I still keep flying with those excellent planes and cant wait to have the 747 v 2. Ofcourse, nowadays i also have the 737 ngx in my hangar and will be the future owner of the T7 as well.

Thanks to PMDG, FSX is still amazing piece of flight sim and yes, ofcourse there are some other producers as well who make the FSX still to be no 1 flight sim. But if we solely talk about producers who make airplane models for FSX, PMDG is the no 1. I would also rate Level D767 and simcheck A300 (which i have in my hangar) as worth of having.

If only we would have PMDG producing Airbus models, my FSX would be perfect :)

Again, many many thanks and keep those marvelous models coming, there are lot of us ready to pay what youre asking, as it has always been worth of every single penny!

Just my two cents

Cheers

The 777 will be my first PMDG product when it's released.

Judging by the constant praise from fans and attention to detail from the developers  I'l have no trouble with it.

Wow, you have some fun ahead mate. NGX, MD-11 and J41 are all superb aircrafts, no need to wait for the T7 ;)

The MD-11 - tempted, but no further support is being done.

The J41 - I have an ATR72 which I enjoy.

The NGX - I have the iFly version which is also very good.

MD-11 is a very unique acft and until you get to know PMDG quality, you really are missing out.

I don't get what you meen by no more support is being done? You will get support, but no updates you meen? The MD is pretty much spot on anyway... A better niche plane will never be made for FSX, I guarantee you.

J41 is also very, very unique, in my opinion one of the best FSX acfts ever made, and it has maybe the best VC of them all.

NGX vs. iFly, well, I'll leave that up to the experts to comment ;)

It is very much a consensus around here that NGX is way up there, with not many real contenders.
