I FOUND IT!  I don't have time to explain it because I'm getting ready to go to The Dayton Airshow but will go into more detail when I get back.

I finally found it this mourning. It was right before me leaving for The Dayton Airshow. My prayers to the two who perished. Back to the FSX Cfg. I noticed that in Graphics it is HIGHMEMFIX =1, which is what it's suppose to be. Under Display it reads   [DISPLAY.Device.Intel®HD Graphics.0]  under that it reads  mode=1152x864x32        In the tweaks that I read ,it said to put    wide screen running16:9Resolution, under that I should add WideViewAspect=True                  My question is , do I delete what is already there and add to it?  Or, do I simply add what the tweak said to do?

      My special thanks to all those who have helped me with this . If it wasn't for you guys who have the patience to deal with me and the many others who are lost , there would be alot of us giving up and finding something else to spend our money on. Going back to the notepad, I noticed in the list [GRAPHICS] and under that there is Shader....

                                                                                                                                    num_lights  etc.         is that where I add the tweak?

No, Wide Aspect View is already there, but it reads False. Just change the False to True and save the file.
