I´m using Photoshop Elemets 11 atm.  I guess I´m not that terrible with it (use it for my RW photos too.), I dream of being an famous photographer somehere in the future...

I use Hypersnap to capture impages and crop.  You can also do some very minor editing with it but I only use that part of the program to write on the photo or draw and arrow if I am pointing out a feature or something.

 

I use CS4 for repainting and generally do not do any editing of photos posted to the screenshot forum.

I dont do any editing either, although some people can get really nice looking effects...black and white etc. I keep meaning to play around with that...
