AVSIM Admin distorts forum layout when a thread is moved

Featured Replies

This problem only occurs on my MacBook so I assume it's due to the low-res screen (1280x800). Screenshot:

Can anything be done on my end or on AVSIM's end to mitigate this? It makes it very difficult to read the forums sometimes. Thank you.

your view\zoom may be more than %100?

Then I'm out of ideas. However, you might try changing the zoom to perhaps %120 then back to %100.

Another area to check might be desk top resolution.

That's not a mistake...  That happens when a thread is forwarded and a link is left behind (note the arrow to the left of that topic).  It doesn't look pretty, but it's how IPB set it up in the coding.

Looks like a mistake to me... by whomever made IPB... LOL

It completely destroys the visual appearance of the forum when it happens and I can't fathom a good reason for making it do this.

I agree Ed, but nothing we can do on our end :(

Diego, I'm doing some flying now for an airline and that was a night where we had to demonstrate proficiency with cockpit emergency procedures.  This particular one was donning the O2 mask.  :P  I felt like Darth Vader with that thing on, it makes you sound and look funny.

Haha! I guess that's why you always "put your mask on, before assisting others". You can't understand them.
