Its happened before MS released FS9 and that was great but then they released FSX and that was a pile of puke. Every cutting edge company eventually does it. They release a product that doesn't meet expectations. Its called cashing in on reputation. I bet that is what they are afraid of. RSR; "What if they all notice that it is just not as good as the NGX. What will we do then?". Yes that's it, they are working on the spin. Why is the T7 not as advanced as the Majestic Q400. Has PMDG lost its Crown. Well see RSR well see. One way or the other you will be laughing all the way to the bank. LOL
August 14, 201312 yr Commercial Member I apologize for my post. this was the first time that I posted anything in any forum. I guess in order to post here you need to be an expert on forums, know everything about pmdg and be captain of a 777. Don't apologize. We've had a lot of interesting posts recently, and I think people are just a little tired of this type of thing. It's not your fault, really. Everyone's just on edge to get the 777 already, I guess. Totally true, everybody is totally on edge :-) You can see it in almost every thread that most of us here are now just killing time untill it is finally released. Some do that by asking yokingly "does it have wx radar or 2D panels" Others ask question about toally unimportant details (ok unimportant to me) And then there are those who are discussing legel requirements about weather or not an AP is required for RVSM, haha Oh my are we bored, :-) so lets keep killing time, what else can we do?! :-) Rob Robson
August 14, 201312 yr Well I ant buyin' it! Not yet at least. I am in the middle of a Haswell build and it is going to be a couple of months before it is up and running with FSX optomised with all of my current addons installed. Even then it is not first on the list! When I have mastered the NGX I will buy it and I am only on the first flight of AOA's flight work. :lol: So I am looking at the PMDG 777 for my birthday or Christmas in 2014. Before it get he T7 I will probably get PFPX, Majestic Q400, Milviz 737, Orbx Ireland, Accusim, a new 60" display. I sure will get it but not until I have time for it!
