GEX is new for sale on aerosoft.com.  To buy the entire world would be over $200.00.  I hope anybody who considers buying these will look at FTXG!  It is so so so much better!  There is no comparison based on price or quality.  GEX suddenly became very expensive.  I enjoyed GEX.  Thank you. But in 2013 I highly recommend FTXG...it will change your FSX globally! 

You sure GEX is discounted, Phillip? I can only see the US Cities being 30% off at the moment, but that's different to GEX.

I wish, what would go on sale, would be downloadable version of UTX to compliment my FTXG.....one can only wish.

I never said it was discounted.  It just states that it is new for sale on the site.

Oops, then I've misinterpreted your sentence. Sorry, Phillip. You are right, when getting all volumes (which, so far, don't cover the whole planet), one ends up with quite some Dollars. The Orbx offer, on the global scale, therefore is a lot cheaper and looks great from the shots (I don't have it yet).

 

I could imagine some global GEX edition, at a lower price than the current single volumes combined, to attract new customers. Would that make sense?

Such a turn would cause a stir great for competition though.

 

GEX seems to want to combat FTXG through forum participation.

 

After installing FTXG, I like what I see and I am glad I switched out GEX...

 

I just prefer the OrbX colours in general. I am sure it will be a killer with fitting land class, as I use UTX or default currently.
