Overclocking is just one symptom.  If you did not overclock, then it could be a piece of hardware is not installed properly.  It's usually a driver issue.  I use a freeware program (Driver Scanner) that checks my system for updated drivers.  If it finds any that need updating, it will tell me but it will want me to subscribe (payware) if I want the software to automatically download and update the bad drivers.  I can also take a look at what driver is out-of-date and then, using Google/Bing, can search for the updated driver, download and install it myself.

Best regards,

Jim

Heya Jim,

I suggest you check out Slim Drivers (and the entire Slim family). It is "group ware", free, and does a pretty good job without nagging you about paying.

Thanks for the suggestion.  There are a lot of programs that search for updated hardware drivers on the Internet.  The one I have now I have paid the subscription and I'm no longer looking.  It is working well for me.

Best regards,

Jim
