FSX Fatal Error Messages

Featured Replies

Hi Guys

could I ask advice on what sems a very common problem, which people have suggested so many solutions.

I get the Fatal error messages randomly not sure if repeated use of toolbar is instigating this, FSX crashes and returns to the start-menu.

I am using FSX Gold Edition & Accelerator with PMDG 737NGX recently installed both

My Specs are:

Windows 7 Ultimate 64 Bits

CPU Intel i 5 4670

16GB

Graphics NVIDIA Ge Force  GTX 760 2 GB

Hard Disk SSD 120 GBs

Just wonder if there is one solution which the majority of simmers have found to resolve this problem

              Any Advice  Most appreciated

Just search for uiautomationcore.dll in this form. There are many topics on this issue.

Hi Richard,

I had this problem a while a go what i did was uninstall everthing that had FSX in it completely get rid of everything.....then turn your computer off....

Now......reinstall FSX then install FSAcceleration then install your PMDG 737 800...........Be aware that all  reference to all these programs must be erased from you computer or you will have the same problem again..it took me two or three go`s before I got it right........I hope that will help you,,,

                               Regard`s

                                                  Viper.

Might have issues with the PMDG entries in the dll.xml are corrupt.  One places a menu on the FSX menu.

Best regards,

Jim

just unzip and place this uiautomationcore.dll in your main FSX folder(fsx installation folder, where FSX.EXE is) https://www.dropbox.com/s/adxsx0mxb6wztil/UIAutomationCore.rar

Place it only there, and that's all. Don't try to add to registry or to replace system files.

This is the fix for FSX menu crashes in windows 7.

Anyway, to be sure what happens with your FSX, download appcrashview here http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/app_crash_view.html

Just start it and search for last fsx crashes by date and time, and paste here some of that reports
