August 29, 201312 yr This issue might be due to the soon to be released 777, the website was said to be up and down up to the release, and even during and after. So this might be a good sign. EDIT: Although the website is up, the activation servers might be getting setup for the release. -Tom H

August 29, 201312 yr Moderator PMDG said earlier this week that the Server might be down for maintenance, in preparation for releasing the 777. EDIT: Oops; someone beat me to the punch!

August 29, 201312 yr Unfortuantly, yes, patiance is needed. And coffee, lots of coffee. Maybe consider making a ticket regarding your activation issues, and they can get you around it in the meantime. EDIT (again haha) I just wait and see if a staff member notices it, missed that part with the portal being down. What product are you attempting to activate? -Tom H

August 29, 201312 yr I'm getting the same problem when trying to load the 737ngx for the fırst time. It asks for the activation key which I presume is the 26 digit key I recieved with my purchase e-mail but when I enter it a box pops up saying the server could not be connected so I click OK then another box pops up saying that I entered an invalid activation key. HEEEELP. Steven

August 30, 201312 yr Haven't tried yet Tabs but I noticed in the early hours of this morning that the server was up and running again so here's hoping for later. Stevie L
