PMDG NGX - Gauges and Screens Black

Featured Replies

Hello!

I have been using the PMDG NGX flawlessly for the past couple months. Today, I went to do a flight. I found all the gauges and screens black. Also, the levers and knobs don't move. It says I have full flaps and throttle when I can control it manually. When I do this though, the levers don't move. The control yoke also it stuck all the way to the left even though I can control it myself. Also, the spoilers and flaps I can tell make the aircraft slow down, but it has no visual effect.

If anyone could point me in the right direction to fix the problem or it may even be a simple fix, that would be great! Thanks!

Air America Virtual - Coming August 1st!

It sounds to me like there's something is going on with your computer. Perhaps a file cleaning program or defragmentation on your hard drive can do strange things to your programs also. I have a similar problem and yes I have a legal copy of the NGX. When I see empty panels on start up I closed the program and reload. Sometimes I need to do this twice or three times in a row but occasionally everything will show up the way it's supposed to be. I also have an MD-11 that I can load without any problems into FSX. Not sure this is any helpful info but I figured I would pass it on.

best bet is  to put  a support ticket in if you got  a legal copy of  the ngx  that is
