Sad but true, I also have the NGX for quite some time, never finished the Tutorial, and the triple 7 since release date because its good to have some backup should I ever get tired of my totally awesome MD-11, possible the best product ever developed by PMDG giving me the exciting illusion of almost flying the real thing. Well that's the way I see it and of course I understand, its all debatable!

Guys just relax, I am in the same boat so to speak and I know from past experience that PMDG is working on this as fast as possible. You have to give them the time to verify basic info and sort it all out. I am positive we all will receive what we paid for because they have never let us down in the past ! Same here and not really sure what to do at this moment. I did receive some sort of invoice without an idem description only the price was there but no download link and the order does not show I my history at PMDG .Guess I will wait and see Hans Schoellhorn

It sounds to me like there's something is going on with your computer. Perhaps a file cleaning program or defragmentation on your hard drive can do strange things to your programs also. I have a similar problem and yes I have a legal copy of the NGX. When I see empty panels on start up I closed the program and reload. Sometimes I need to do this twice or three times in a row but occasionally everything will show up the way it's supposed to be. I also have an MD-11 that I can load without any problems into FSX. Not sure this is any helpful info but I figured I would pass it on. Regards Hans Schoellhorn
