September 15, 201312 yr Hi guys, almost every time when I switch my custom fixed EZCA views in 737NGX's VC with my joystick buttons I see some trepidation before or after (hard to say) the view moves to the assigned position. Has anybody noticed it? Is there anything I can do about it? 737NGX is the only plane where I see this effect. I use a combination of TrackIR + EZCA fixed views in the VC of 737NGX. Thanks, Dirk.
September 15, 201312 yr Dirk, I have a setup like you use. Minus this part: "trep·i·da·tion (tr p -d sh n). n. 1. A state of alarm or dread; " Anyway, why not do a short video (screenshots probably will not work here) of whats happening? There is a setting/selection button for Instant or Pan to next view .... September 16, 201312 yr Dirk. I presume you mean a little 'flash' on the screen? I also get this and put it down to Sweet FX as it doesn't happen when I disable it.
September 16, 201312 yr Moderator There's two things i've run into regarding EZdok and switching views. 1. You will get a very slight pause when switching views if you are using 1/2 VSync refresh in Inspector but that pause will go away should you choose to run VSync forced on in Inspector. 2. I will get the flash also when switching views if I am using either ENB or Sweetfx. Without using those I get no flashes when switching views. Not sure if either of these are what the OP was referring to but those two I listed are known issues. Avsim Board of Directors | Avsim Forums Moderator

Like in: trep·i·da·tion : 2. trembling or quivering movement; tremor. I disabled SweetFX for 737NGX long ago. It is something related to the way EZCA dll intercepts inputs from joystick buttons and executes them. There's light tremor before POV settles in a new position. 3770k @4.8GHz, RAM 2x4Gb, nV 680 Thanks, Dirk.

This can be the culprit. I'll check. Thanks, Dirk.
