September 30, 201312 yr Hi The T7 is performing very well. However, all of a sudden on every flight and every 200sm or so a wailing sound comes out followed by a posting of PLIOT RESPONSE in RED (one Line) and in AMBER (two lines) on the EFIS. No specific malfunction and it does not affect the flight in anyway except the annoyance of the wailing.. Only way to get rid of it is to change screen on the EFIS i.e. going from Fuel to AC or Hydraulic etc. Is that an intended error? All failures are set to off. I am not ready yet to deal with failures. Bill C:|mydocuments\mypictures\my signature.htm

September 30, 201312 yr You can avoid this message by 1: The real way - doing something in the cockpit (such as changing the heading bug) every few minutes. 2: Deactivating it in the FMC options 3: Not flying airline liveries for airlines that have this as an option. October 1, 201312 yr You can also turn it off in the control centre livery options. It's been discussed before. Peebee Phil Broadhurst http://www.precisionmanuals.com/images/forum/pmdg_trijet.jpg
October 1, 201312 yr This is also covered in the intro manual. Alex Jevdic KORD/KHOT/KPWKA<380 love at first flight
October 2, 201312 yr Commercial Member Is that an intended error? All failures are set to off. I am not ready yet to deal with failures. While this has been answered in the posts above, I want to stress the importance of the intro manual. It's only 160 pages, and even then, a lot of that 160 is pictures. The information in there is worth its weight in gold (and would've answered this question). Kyle Rodgers
