NGX Bouncing after SP1C
Have the same issue since SP1C - yesterday my landing gear was damaged as it happened after V1 while rotating. Was not able to retract the gear after that (FSX Failure, not an PMDG one....). The plane also is bouncing while taxiing or parking at the gate. I known that issue from some very buggy addons like Wilco Airbus, but never before i had this with a PMDG.

T/O Config Warning

737NGX Minimum Requirements
You just have to install them like on an 32bit os - and normally it will work. Windows 64bit is downward compatible to 32bit applications...

737NGX Minimum Requirements
Yes you can run them in compatibility mode like in the 32bit version. Most 32bit Applications (like Visio 2000) should run under 64bit without problems, if you install them the'll be put in C:Programs(x86) and can normally run without set compatibilitya mode. And if an application really not working, you are able to use a virtual XP like Sekstifire told before - this will work 100%.

anybody else have fatal error in PMDG DLL on load up
Try to load and spawn a default plane first, then load your NGX, if I do this, no errors appearing while loading the NGX...
