Hi,

What is your problem exactly?

Generator control switches indicators displaying OFF: Normal if your engines are shut.

C2 electric hydraulic pump control switch indicator OFF: Normal when you have the APU supplying power or only one GPU plug - Load shedding.

All these indicators OFF will disappear once engines are running.

Switch on your crossfeed valves, the bleed air generators, and all hydraulics.

Then post another screenshot same as the last one.

The aircraft is not properly powered by the engines. which means that you did something wrong in your startup process. (according to the last pic, it should be powered by the APU)

Perhaps reading the manual and following that procedure will change it.

Well that works normally.

Did you check the failures page to see if both gens failed?

Did you press the guarded switches (DRIVE DISC)?

Did u give the generator 1 minute or so to come online before turning the apu off they don't instantly turn on after engine start. I can pretty much guarantee that this is the result of improper start up procedures.
