  4. Hi, The livery downloader page shows it as installed. But the livery manager page does not have any record of the livery. How do i delete the livery with the control panel if i may ask? The problem is resolved! Thank you for your help! It helped to delete all the liveries from the livery manager page. and then it is possible again
  5. THe problem is that when i go to the livery manager the liveries that i want to uninstall dont show up as installed there, so i cant remove the livery
  6. Thank you for your fast reply!! Yeah i saw the double post, i got a service unavailable message stating that there was something with the server so i refreshed the page. Sorry about that. Well i did remove the liveries via the red - button in the livery manager page. when the plane released i downloaded all liveries available and now i am deleting those that are done by 3rd parties. most of them uninstalled nicely no problems. but the EK, AA and egypt give me a hard time. I cant follow your suggestion of redownloading them cause on the downloader page it says that the livery of EK is already installed (which is not the case, there was a red update button (clicked it) nothing happened and then i turned green, but nothing was installed.
  7. So I uninstalled a few liveries, now i want to reinstall one of them, but i came across something strange. Some of the uninstalled liveries have the red update button next to it. If i click them it changes to installed but the livery is not installed at all (no texture folder and nothing in the aircraft.cfg). + they are not there in the livery manager part of the OC. This means that they cannot be uninstalled, thus not able to reinstall. Anybody know what i can do about this?
  8. Hi, Can i make the cabin lights on the T7 more intense while it is at 100%?? Cause now it looks like they are dimmed from the external view.... Thank you
  9. I argee with you on the simulation part. But the plane also simulates a few of the by you mentioned experiences, like; opening of FWD access and E/E access. I love the deatils of the plane and the possibilities that are there, but some options that are already in place now are in my opinion more overkill. Anyway, thank you for sharing your opinion with us!
  10. Would it be possible to have more cabin lights settings and configurations? Nowadays most airlines operating our birds use full mood lighting throughout the plane, yet only first and business have on our T7s. And maybe it would be nice to have the option of mood lighting but also full bright yellow, for on the ground for example. Would this even be possible to build or is it a little far fetched at the moment? Any ideas from you guys?

  13. HI, I have a question. I have done many flights now with the T7, but one thing that is keeps coming up is that the autobrake on landing is pretty heavy (she stops in a dime). it is almost unrealistic!! I landed flaps 24 VREF 146 (landed VREF +5) She was only 2tons under MLW. (14t fuel left, full pax, 31190t cargo) I used Autobrake 2 and idle reverse thrust. No significant winds. something like 5-6 knots of headwind Still she stopped so insanely fast!!! So how is this done in real life? Cause this gives me the feeling that they use no autobrake at all! just spoilers, reversers and then some manual braking under 60 knots. I watched some movies on the real T7. watched some real world landings, also witnessed one from the cabin but none stopped so fast as my bird. Anybody have the same idea??
  14. FSX is a very CPU intensive program. You should look at a CPU as well, maybe even more then a GPU. The GPU will run it nicely for sure! But a CPU is something to look at too. I read somewhere that FSX (and thus PMDG aircraft in it) is 75% CPU usage.
  15. Thank you for this wonderfull list. Perhaps Ethiopian Airlines and China Southern Airlines are some that you would like to consider. Virgin Autstralia also had multiple liveries on their 77Ws, if there is time maybe that is something you could like at please. I also understand that many liveries, like special colors, are something that some the community's painters can and will make. Looking forward ot this great bird.

  17. Just had an engine failure in the number 2 engine while on takeoff from Dubai, after V1. Took off towards the Arabian sea. Dumped quite some fuel while i was in a holding pattern. then returned to Dubai (OMDB) and landed. Really nice to have the needed checklists on the EICAS. Would have been a lot easier if there was a co-pilot though
  18. Had this as well. There already was another thread about this. Replies were that it has to do with the winds of 3rd party weather engines. If the winds are really though, say 70- 120 knots from either (left or right side) of the plane this banking will happen. This also happens when the aircraft comes above 83N in the sim. That has to do with the magnetic variation of the sim. The AP will get issues then.
  19. Where in the intro manual did you find this bouncing? i have this often at any given airport when taxiing, but no solution yet. The intro manual on page 17 says:'Note: See the section on aircraft “bouncing” on page 41 if you experience this with a mesh setting above 19m.' Going to page 41 they talk about service based failures and wind data, but no bouncing? Tried searching the document a few times with search but also no results. Anybody have any help? I don't really wanna make any changes to the contact points of the beauty without having tried the offical solutions first.

    You need to read better before replying next time my friend. Let me help you out by qouting some pieces in order to make it understandable: 'When you activate the cameras- you will get a 2D popup of the external cameras screen. In it you will see the airplane (live, animated, in real time) and you will see the world surrounding the airplane.' 'and we cannot get them to appear on the screens natively within the VC.' I hope that when you read the OP's question again and my first reply that you will now understand that what i said was correct, yet not very ellaborate

    No multiple signals from the team already indicated that it is not possible to make a 3D taxi cam with the effects of the aircraft stretched this far already. I too would have traded some effects for the taxi cam though

    I guess it has more to do with starting at the gate rather then making use of the cart. I heart a few declines when this is was requested at EHAM, when listening in on the ATC radio.

    Might also be my reading, however I think we can agree that there are limitations. And how do you plan to start your engines? Do a pushback, attach an Air start Unit and start both engines before taxi? I guess aiports have limitations for ground equipment being allowed on active taxiways, etc. I like to see what we can come up with
