SDK Released?

Featured Replies

I noticed in one of the replies to an issue the reference to 3rd party developers using the SDK to create a work around or solution to the issue.  Has the SDK been released? I only ask because I am very much looking forward to there being several add-ons created in support of this airliner.

I doubt it will see light of day for the moment, until they worked out all the bugs they working on, because it would then effect the SDK to.

how much are you able to finish without the sdk? Voice acting i guess. But what about flow programming and user interface?

Pretty well everything is in place.

We have a real-world current 777 line pilot on staff, and he's basically completed all the flows, calls, procedures we're going to model.

I can't start any real coding though until the SDK is out.

We can't legally touch the 777 without the SDK.

I would volunteer to be a voice actor but I don't think anyone would like to listen to my voice lol

Well, we'd be happy to hear yours. What about doing one for MCE?

Okay, Ill send you an email in a minute.

Bryan, you know I'm a long time supporter of yours so if you need one at some point I'll throw my name in the hat and register on the site.

I hope PMDG releases the SDK soon so I can use my MCP&Efis from CP flight with the T7.

You and anyone else can always add their name to the Voice Actor pool, here:

Great products guys. For the 777 you got to get voice set from the regions the 777 are operated. Asia is the largest 777 operator, would love to hear there voices too and not just US, EU, UK and DE. Keep up the good work :Applause:

Maybe that's true.

Problem is Asians account for about 0.001 percent of our user base.

Of the 1.35 Billion people in China, there are maybe 100 of them interested in Flight Simulation it seems.

Just think of your FO as an expat pilot. Lots of them in most places in Asia

Fair enough. I guess the Korean lady in the emergency ngx was just a lucky catch?

Cheers!
