Real Weather Connector for SkyMaxx Pro v3!
ysfsim replied to RJC68's topic in The X-Plane General Discussions Forum
fsgrw has acknowledged the turbulence issue. They said its there but currently xp does not have a way for them to inject it. They say they are trying to contact LR about it. -

[05MAR15] PMDG 737NGX Versions for FSX/FSX-SE & P3D Released
ysfsim replied to rsrandazzo's topic in PMDG General Forum
I wish now that I bought the download version rather than the boxed version... -
Isn't that the actual listing price for a 737?

Something similar happened to me on my second flight. I was on the Approach checklists and I stated my altimeter as per checklist, but the the FO went on to Decent checklist items and stopped. I repeatedly restarted the checklists and it still did the same thing. When I opted to skip the approach checks, I could not get the window to close for the duration of the flight. I thought that strange.

yes there is both for the 777 and the ngx

Is this topic dead?

Could someone paint this for the 777-300 please!!

I think I am missing something somewhere. I am able to request a route through datalink but that is all. I cannot request on the perf init page, the wind data in the legs page and even the descent forecast page. They all just say request sent but nothing ever happens. I have ASN and I have it set up to auto read plans and create the wx file. It worked fine before sp1 but now with the datalink I don't know whats wrong. never mind. Just saw something on the route page

I would like to say thx to RSR , the dev team and the beta testers. This product is great!! I have some things I would like to note... 1) I hear some people are still having oom problems or they have gotten worse with the t7. On my moderate system before sp1, I would be very careful not to go to spot view as it would drain a whole lot of my vas memory. Since sp1, it has been greatly under control and the impact is not as harsh. BTW I use dx10 fixer and over time it recovers lost vas during my flights. 2)Ive noticed the the -200 now has less tendency to rocket/overspeed during initial climb thx to the new fbw system. ( my plane was a probably 2/3 full if I remember correctly. 3) Could a skid be mapped to the cfg of the -300? I tried the "V unstuck speed" maneuver and was met with negative results. It would seem that fsx considers this to be a crash. Thx

Yes I am. Here is what i am using:AIImmediateForceLandAll =1 AIHoldForRunwayPattern=0 AIFinalPrecisionModeAlt=2500 AIFinalApproachGoArounds = 1 AICustomHold = 1 AIFinalApproachAutoRecord=0 AITrafficPattern = 0 I have decided to only have approach files for airports that have non straight in and special approaches. So with this current set up, the ai gets fsx clearance on landing. If the ai needs to circle the airport to get clearance, it can. Airports that have strict air spaces or high terrain etc will have approach files.

I think I know what is being asked here because I brought it up before. Some people have only selected regions that Aisidstars uses, but some of us have a huge amount of airports active in Aisidstars. Because of this, the initial start up of the program is long. What exactly is the program doing every time it starts up? Does it always reread that sids and stars every singe time? There is one solution that could help and that is to allow the program to be able to start up without fsx running. Wen fsx is ready, then the program auto connects with it. Just loving this program with UT2.

Ummm, that's not the ground power cart. That is the air start unit which is used when the apu in not functioning. It is put in place when the stairs or bridge is off. So its not actually in the way. I know because I work around these planes

I switch between all my ngx variants and I plan to do he same for the 777. I have the jetstream but gave up on flying it (too much trouble for me). The 747 hasn't left my hanger in months almost years. I think it will most likely be grounded by the -300er due to similar mission/class size and the 777 is waaay easier to fly.
-
I don't think it ill be that high. As RSR stated, it will be similar to the ngx expansion. The ngx expansion was like 30 something $

That was great!! XD

What about FS2Crew ATC Product Possibility
ysfsim replied to sbclark's topic in FS2CREW: GENERAL FORUM
That is what I would like to see. FS2ATC -
Im not too sure about vox. I believe some users asked about it in earlier posts. I don't use vox but Im under the impression that it does it's own Sid/Stars? That is the main goal of Aisidstars. As for RC, It doesnt bother the ai so the ai can do whatever. If you are spotting ai at airports and listening to the radio, you will hear the atc making lots of repeated commands and such because the ai won't follow instructions while it is under the control of aisidstars. Remember the default atc doesn't care for procedures.
