How is it measured and what program or tool is used to measure it.

You can also put a free VAS amount readout in the FSX title bar with a registered version of FSUIPC.

Ryan could you please tell us where in FSUICP we can set this.

I have the registered version but reading the manual I only see where you can set

an alarm to go off if available VAS falls below a certain amount.
