Keep it lean and clean, Noel!

... do you Americans good to get out of the States now and again! ......... seems a heck of a lot of American simmers are satisfied to stay within the confines of their own country, which I've always found strange.    ......there's a whole world out there (and you've already bought half of it, so why not use it!).

To be fair, the USA are kind of a perfect aviation playground. In Europe, flights tend to follow rather ballistic trajectories*, but over there, you can schedule a flight between two bigger cities and actually get the feeling you went somewhere different. There's also way more historical value for airline nuts, such as [enter name of defunct US airlines here].

Thank you both, Noel and Rod, for your service to maintain our peace, security and freedom. It is very much appreciated, right inside my left chest!

Kindest regards,

Yeah, thanks Stephen.  But we also did it for ourselves.  We got to travel and see places we'd never have seen had we not been in the military.  And the retirement package ain't that shabby either.

The tires are worn.  The shocks are shot.  The steering is wobbly.  But the engine still runs fine.
