How do I find saved CO Routes , I thought at one time there was a selection in the FMC. 

For me:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Games\Microsoft Flight Simulator X\PMDG\FLIGHTPLANS\NGX

There is a way to both retrieve and save flight plans in the FMC. I think it's on the position page, though not positive. Get in the habit of saving your plans as they will save you time down the road.

There was a lot of routes that came with 747-400. I deleted them several years ago but I think some of them were .rte which should work in the 737NGX. Some were .rt2 which I don't know about. If you installed the 747-400 the routes would be in PMDG/FLIGHTPLANS.

I think he was referring to a feature where the CDU would display a list of flight plans, similar to the feature in the 777LR/F when you press ROUTE REQUEST.
