You need to download the entire addon again, all 4 GB. The original download plus the original 1.10 patch won't work with P3D 2.0.
January 17, 201412 yr sorry for bumping an old topic. But doesn't 1.1 require 1.0 to be installed first? So how can I install 1.0 if that doesn't have the p3d v2 installer? I don't really understand. I know there is a registry hack to do it. But would rather not have to. If I download both 1.0 and 1.1 and run the 1.1 installer will that install 1.0 for me too?

January 18, 201412 yr As I only get to flight sim once in a while, it seems like I cannot keep track of what I have installed versus what I have not. Is there any way I can tell what I have installed? I see there's a lib patch out now and wanted to installed, but there's a big warning to install other patches first. 10700k / Gigabyte 3060
