December 28, 201312 yr hey i have a similar issue (although lower in the performance range)my friend having bought a titan he gave me his gtx 760 (my system being an old q9650@4ghz, 1280/960 it's a perfect fit). I had an ati5870 and i read everywhere FSX was a lot better with nvidia .. so i took it for a test with fsx (DX9).obviously before posting i've read 100's of the config tutorial available, various fsx.cfg tweaking guides, tried 100's of nvidia inspector settings (Word Not Allowed, nick, avsim ...) and spent a few (way too many already  ) hours trying to figure it out by myself, but no matter what i do the image quality is just worse with nvidia for me unfortunately. It's mostly in the VC that it is noticeable on the PFD, ND and text where i seem to have lost quality, especially when you zoom out a bit, the thin vertical and horizontal lines become jaggy (close up it's 100% perfect even with the nvidia)AA obviously works, and if i didn't have an ati before i would probably think it's ok, but coming from something a bit better now i see a loss of quality so it's a bit disturbing. Maybe everyone has the same issue when zooming out in the VC and they just don't bother (or maybe my 'lowish' resolution accentuates the problem), i'm not really sure, i've read so many people being happy with nvidia and fsx.so be sure to update this post if you find something interesting ! ..dont really want to go back to my old&loud ATI, but well .. why not .. thank you !!
January 1, 201412 yr Author I decided to erase my ssd drives and start again, got to the Samsung secure erase page after reboot, I got a blue screen and the text was un readable, I tried all the output ports on the gtx780 card and got the same result, I ended up having to plug the display into the onboard igpu built into my motherboard, with that I was able to read the text and secure erase my ssd drives, I'm wondering if there is some bios setting that is wrong or if the card itself is faulty. January 13, 201412 yr Author I've found out that a lot of uefi bios users have this isue with samsung magician so I have stopped worrying about that, text is still not brilliant in windows or fsx.

Sent from my GT-I9300 using Tapatalk

Paul Sleight
January 13, 201412 yr I have the Asus 780 DC II as well. 8X AA, 8X SSG, 16 AF, LOD bias -1.5 allowed. FXAA off. That can cause some fuzziness. My setting are for DX10 also. 0x80000F71 (BioShock, BioShock 2) in AA Comp. DX1x. 2560x1440 David Graham Google, Network+, Cisco CSE, Cisco Unity Support Specialist, A+, CCNA
January 17, 201412 yr Author I have 16 x S otherwise shadowplay records the wrong size image, 4 x SSG, FXAA off, 16 AF, not sure about LOD bias though. I will have a look, thanks.
Paul Sleight
