Ground and water textures problems

Featured Replies

Hi,

i´ve veen having this problem for a while already, and it is driving me crazy.

Where it is supossed to be water, there is ground; and the coast, instead of being something irregular, like it is supossed to be, is square. I´ll attach some pictures so that you can see what the problem looks like.

The picture I attached is from Nice, France. The airport should be sorrounded by water, but now it is not. And, believe it or not, a couple of months ago it didn´t use to happen.

Are you a UTX user? UTX can cause this issue, so in that case just run teh UTX configurator utility (or whatever it's named), that fixes the issue.

Where it is supposed to be water, there is ground, and the shore has "square" terminations.

You don't give much information as to what addons you're using like FXTG, GEX, or UT USA. However, if you're using Ultimate Terrain USA or any of its other versions, you can re-run the setup tool (not the installer) and it might clear up the problem you're seeing. If that doesn't fix it, it could be a problem with the layers that UT USA is installed or any of the other addon sceneries you're using.

Would be better in the future if you list the scenery addons you're using that could be causing the problem as it takes the guess work away from anyone trying to help.
