I can do screen captures if need be, but I attached my CFG file (renamed so it will upload)  to this post. I generally run NI with the global settings for P3d2, so that shouldn't be an issue.

Could you list out your P3DV2 Display settings (all of them)?  And also your FTX Central settings?  Please.

 

Would allow me to do Apples to Apples testing.
