January 2, 201412 yr I do a search on google, and all i get is SIDs and STARs but I am talking about nighttime sky, like with a milky way, and different size, and colored stars, anything out there?
January 2, 201412 yr Moderator There's only one thing for that and its called AutostarX. Can be found here in the library http://library.avsim.net/search.php?SearchTerm=autostar&CatID=root&Go=Search It doesn't really do anything for the Milky Way though but the stars and planets are an improvement over default. The Milky Way is a .bmp file that you can edit yourself to make it brighter, darker or do what you want with. I personally darkened it myself cause I didnt like the way it looked in the sim.
