If you plan on using the graphics leave it installed.

Just don't run both at the same time.

I would keep your registration key for A2012 though, in case you need to reinstall ASN.

Been meaning to asks this since ASN came out. Your telling us that AS2012 HAS to be installed in case one needs to reinstall ASN? Just for the registration? Seems like a storage space buzz killer just for a few registry line spaces, specially if I don use the graphics portion.

No - They aren't related.  Most people are leaving AS2012 installed because AS2012 offers textures that ASN does not.  If you're using another texture source (like REX or custom), and you don't want any textures installed offered by AS2012, than you can uninstall AS2012.

NO - *IF* you used AS2012 to get the upgrade price to ASN, then you would need to keep the *registration key* (write it down somewhere) JIC you needed to reinstall ASN. If you are NOT using AS2012 textures at all, you can uninstall it.

I am using REX4 textures, previously As2012 textures. And all I can say is ASN+Rex4 is big improvement.

Unfortunately like many I am getting crazy stutters with ASN, so looking to have both ASn and As2012 installed. So I can be using AS2012 and wait a fix for ASN freezes.

Not sure if both Xgauges will clash in FSX ?. I can handle panel folder, but if any changes required in gauges folder, could be impossible to have both Xgauges installed in FSX at same time
