January 14, 201412 yr Greetings All, When I switch on the HUD there is a blank screen - no data. It was working OK before I uninstalled Eaglesoft Citation X which would not work for me. I did the repair in the PMDG 737 NGX install application, to no avail. I then ran the Modify in the PMDG install application, again to no avail. Is there a solution to this problem without me having to uninstall and reinstall? Please help me. I have had nothing but sheer delight with this aircraft so far. Thanks in anticipation TOM

January 14, 201412 yr Commercial Member Is there a solution to this problem without me having to uninstall and reinstall? There's actually a Knowledge Base (KB) article on the support.precisionmanuals.com website that you can look at for some steps on possible solutions. That will help to avoid the wait required of having someone else send you a new/repaired file. Also, check to ensure that you don't have the CLR button pressed on the HUGS control panel. Kyle Rodgers

Thank you for advice. I was able to resolve the problem of a corrupt ddl.xml file. I reamed it to xmlold and renamed BeforeAddOn Manager.xml to xml. An easy solution and lucky for me that xml in win * does automatic backup. Keep alert up there. Thank you again. Tom
