Hi Guys,

I want to run FSX with all the bells and whistles eg. PMDG NGX, T7 and scenery at good fps. I have compiled a parts list and was wondering if anyone can confirm how good it will be for FSX:

ASUS 2G GTX770 GPU
Asus Z87-A motherboard
Samsung 840 EVO Series SATA3 120G SSD
Seagate SATA3 1TB Hard Drive
i7-4770K 
Corsair VS650 psu
8G Kit 1866 Patriot Viper Green
Antec GX700 Gaming Case

You are going to want a CPU cooler to allow you to overclock, but other than that looks good.

Decent CPU cooler required. For AIO I'd recommend the H110. For air, The Archon Sb-e X2.

 

And I'd advise faster RAM. 2133 or 2400 with good timings
