March 28, 201412 yr I'm wondering about freeware for 737 aircraft. I did a quick search and wasn't able to find very much other than the Tinmouse 732. After that it seems to get pretty thin.
March 28, 201412 yr Project Opensky have some good models (736, 737, 738, 739), certainly better than default. http://poskyarchive.com/category/boeing/b737-800/
March 28, 201412 yr If your talking about the classics I use the Enigma 737-300 merged with the Wilco 737. Not sure if it can still be downloaded anywhere though. Lawrence Ashworth
March 28, 201412 yr Author Looks like Enigma has joined up with QualityWIngs to produce a payware 737 classic so I doubt it would still be available freeware. :(

March 29, 201412 yr Other than that...zilch. There's also the JELAIR 737-200 (not sure how good it is). I'm not sure if the Air Scheffel 737-800 for FS2004 is also compatible with FSX with SP2/Acceleration. Finally, FSND also has an upgrade to the default 737 that includes things like improved displays, working wipers, a basic CDU, autobrakes, and more. Jonathan Monreal Visit A Flightsim Blog

They might be good choices if one doesn't need a VC. FSND's VC upgrade for the NGs should be mandatory. 7950X3D + 7900 XT + 64 GB + Linux | 4800H + RTX2060 + 32 GB + Linux My add-ons from my FS9/FSX days
March 29, 201412 yr Looks like Enigma has joined up with QualityWIngs to produce a payware 737 classic so I doubt it would still be available freeware. :( A google search will yield you their model. I think it's available on Flightsim.com as well as there is a Norwegian repaint on there which has the model inside. It was produced and released as a freeware beta a couple of years ago but I believe it was withdrawn from their site officially. I've had to make my own repaints for it because they are quite scarce. I know it's an FS9 model and you cannot add a VC (not that any really exist) but it is definitely the best classic model out there right now! Lawrence Ashworth
