I don't recall if the previous version of P3D had this or not (just installed it), but is there a way to remove the "Academic License" wording displayed on the upper right corner of the screen while in flight?

Well that's a bummer, but thanks for letting me know! 

i fly P3D from the VC, not the upper right side of my screen :lol:   i hardly noticed it and what's so bad about it....it looks cool. 

Can anyone test whether it scales with the resolution or not? If not, it should become less noticeable in higher resolutions.

The "Academic" logo has some transparency too it .. only version I've used since v1.3 - I "never" notice it......

I only dislike it because as a student it reminds me I should probably be doing my assignments...
