April 17, 201412 yr I own My Traffic X 5.4 for FSX. I've also have the migration tool/program. Is there any difference between using the migration tool to install My Traffic to P3D 2.2 versus the P3D My Traffic upgrade?? Thanks!
April 17, 201412 yr As I understand it, you can just install it to the P3Dv2 directory (or copy it over from FSX) and make the appropriate prepar3d.cfg entry and you are good to go. Right now the Communicator doesn't work for changing options like moving jetways, lights, etc. Philip Manhart :American Flag: - "Wise men talk because they have something to say; fools, because they have to say something." ~ Plato

Add SimObjectPaths.x=MyTraffic\Aircraft to your Prepar3D.CFG.txt, I have it at number one, I found that it did not work so well further down Add the My Traffic X directory to your scenery.cfg just above propeller objects. Do not use MYtraffic Communicator or any of the other tools. Read all about it here: http://forum.simflight.com/forum/151-mytraffic-for-prepar3d/

You also need to move both airlines.cfg to the main P3d folder and the ATC sound file to its subfolder or you won't hear the correct references to specific airlines and aircraft types. The sound file is USEnglishBig.gvp and should end up here: <drive>:\Program Files (x86)\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v2\sound\ATC\USEnglishBig.gvp Make sure you make backups of the two default P3d files before copying the MyTraffic versions.
