I need some help. I've layed off flying for about a year and now I'm back. I tried to use AITM today and can't get it to work with FS9 at all. I downloaded the updated version (v1.2SP1) and I've searched the forums to no avail. It seems that AITM is looking for FS2002 on my PC and I don't have it. I continue to get errors when attempting to decompile a flight plan as well as the program won't even load a flightplan. I'm stumped. It worked a year ago with FS9.. Any help would be appreciated.

Never mind! I've been trying to work with AITMv1.2 with FS2004. Needed AITMv2.0Alpha available from Thomas' site.

I think you will find that while it has been out as "alpha" forever, it works really well. Also, if you download skeds from MRAI, and keep their naming convention, that the project feature works really well.scott s..

The alpha 2 works great as stated. However be aware that it takes quite a while to crunch out a report on the search function prompting many users to think it has hung the system.

It works well for me too, except that I am unable to recompile a flightplan from AITM. It keeps giving me an error message to the effect that one of the 3 files is missing. I have to start Ttools and recompile from there.Does anybody have a fix for that?Thanks,Phil

Do you have TTools2.x in a subfolder of AITM? Version one had it in the main folder.Can you catch the error message to see which file is missing? As I checked I needed to copy airports.txt into each project folder. It has been a while.

Yes, I have a Ttools subfolder within the AITM one and this is where I store the decompiled FPs.The "missing" file is the aircraft one. It is however there and Ttools has no problem finding it ...Puzzling!
